Chamorro IThis course is an introductory class to the Chamorro language. Students will learn the basics of conversational Chamorro grammar and vocabulary. Students will be exposed and expected to learn listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the Chamorro language. Chamorro IIThis course is a continuation of the level 1 Chamorro language course. As a result, a prerequisite to this course is one year of Chamorro language. Students will continue in their education of the basics of conversational Chamorro grammar and vocabulary. Students will be guided to learn the foundations for fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the Chamorro language. As an introductory course, this class will also include in its curriculum, the cultural practices, values, and traditions of the Chamorro people. |
