| The certified staff at
FDMS consists of males and females. The staff is
becoming well stabilized as the only members
leaving the school are a result of retirement,
and/or leaving Guam. Eighteen (15) members of the
teaching staff have been at FDMS for ten (10) or
more years. The level of academic
preparation for the certified staff includes
three (3) doctorates, seven (7) masters, and
fourteen (14) with a minimum of a bachelors
degree.
